How do I place an order?
Browse our marketplace, find the product you like, click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (if available) or online payment methods.
Can I return a product?
Return policies are set by individual sellers. Please check the "Return Policy" on the product page before making a purchase.
🏪 For Sellers / Merchants
How do I open my store?
Register an account, go to "Unlock Store — Start Selling", and complete your KYC verification. Once approved by our admin team, you can set up your store and add products.
What is the Monthly Rent?
To keep your store active on PYHORO, a monthly rent of Rs.2,500 is required. You can pay this from your Merchant Dashboard under "Rent & Billing".
What happens if I don't pay rent?
If your rent expires, your store and products will be hidden from the marketplace until you renew your subscription.
🔒 Account & Security
Why is my store showing "KYC Locked"?
To ensure marketplace safety, all sellers must verify their identity (KYC). If your verification is pending or rejected, your store management links will remain locked. Please submit valid documents in the "Complete KYC Verification" section.
