1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PYHORO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Merchant / Seller Terms

• KYC Verification: Sellers must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their store becomes fully active and accessible to buyers.
• Monthly Rent: Store owners are required to pay a monthly rent of Rs.2,500. Failure to pay rent within the given timeframe will result in temporary or permanent store suspension.
• Product Accuracy: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their products.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PYHORO and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the site to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or KYC verification processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PYHORO, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
